PATHS matches over 45 mentees every year, with some years reaching over 80 mentees.
However, to support these mentees,
we need Mentors! Mentors are volunteers and dedicate approximately 2-4 hours per-month towards direct Mentorship and PATHS Organizing activities.
We host a monthly Career Seminar based on mentee career interests. These are run virtually and recruit a variety of individuals from different fields, education levels, and titles.
To support mentees with recognizing Healthcare and STEM, we need Guest Speakers of ALL education levels!

PATHS currently partners with 3 school districts, but our 100% virtual model allows us to scale with ease.
To align with our mission, we hope to grow PATHS to more school districts and more Technical Academies.
